ONLINE LIVE SESSIONS

This program was designed to support the creation of a positive and healthy routine, developing somatic awareness, a sense of connection, balance and strength to follow your path.

As we progress on our practice, with the support of community and like minded people we build the trust to reach our potential.

THIS MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP INCLUDES:

  • Yoga and meditation on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays 7 – 7.50am (GMT)
  • We start with 20 minutes of meditation followed by 30 minutes of yoga
  • Focus on different topics every month
  • Recordings available right after each class for the whole month in case you cannot join live
  • Participant evaluation through form and chat box on live zoom sessions
  • Online course at Shamballah Retreat Center in Sintra, Portugal
